Quick answers

I can't sign in
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. The reset link is sent to your email, so check your spam folder too. If it still won't work, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll sort it.
How do I cancel or manage Deen Path +?
Open your account page and use the billing portal to cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. For lifetime purchases within the last 14 days, email us for a refund under your UK consumer-rights cooling-off period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete it yourself from your account page, or follow the steps on our delete-account page. Everything is erased from our servers within seconds.
My prayer times look wrong
Prayer times depend on your location and the calculation method and madhab you've chosen. Open the prayer-times method page to check and adjust those settings to match your local mosque.
Can I trust the AI tutor for serious matters?
The AI tutor is helpful for learning and everyday questions, but it is not a replacement for a qualified local imam or scholar. For weighty matters (family, finance, mental health, end-of-life), please seek a real human scholar.
