- 1
وَٱلتِّينِوَٱلزَّيْتُونِ١
ENBy the fig and the olive
- 2
وَطُورِسِينِينَ٢
ENAnd [by] Mount Sinai
- 3
وَهَـٰذَاٱلْبَلَدِٱلْأَمِينِ٣
ENAnd [by] this secure city [Makkah],
- 4
لَقَدْخَلَقْنَاٱلْإِنسَـٰنَفِىٓأَحْسَنِتَقْوِيمٍۢ٤
ENWe have certainly created man in the best of stature;
- 5
ثُمَّرَدَدْنَـٰهُأَسْفَلَسَـٰفِلِينَ٥
ENThen We return him to the lowest of the low,
- 6
إِلَّاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟وَعَمِلُوا۟ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِفَلَهُمْأَجْرٌغَيْرُمَمْنُونٍۢ٦
ENExcept for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.
- 7
فَمَايُكَذِّبُكَبَعْدُبِٱلدِّينِ٧
ENSo what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?
- 8
أَلَيْسَٱللَّهُبِأَحْكَمِٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ٨
ENIs not Allah the most just of judges?
